We don't really need rules for this section except for a few basics:
1) Introduce yourself ONCE and once only. No need to make loads of topics about your arrival.
2) Stay on topic. You are encouraged to welcome the user ONLY, no chatting about other stuff here.
3) You can only introduce yourself between 1 day-3 months after you register. If you do so you might be warned.
4) The other Anime Kingdom rules apply.
