This forum needs rules to guide it. So Let's get to it.
1.Follow all rules of the Anime Forum (This goes without saying)
2.No Spamming in this section. (I've seen this in other forums and it is not pretty or amusing. Just don't do it. No post off-topic from the Club leaders Topic.)
3.No Advertising of clubs in any other club or section. (This is Not a laughing matter. Don't do it)
4.Three Clubs per Person. (If you, the club Leader, have more than 3 clubs, you will be forced to pick 3 out of the 4 clubs. The Other one will be locked.)
5.Any Club that needs to be sticked has to show me 3 things.
a. No Spams posts and Stays on topic. (obviously)
b. Has more than 15 active members. (This shows me that your club is active and does lot's of things.
c. Fills out this app and send it to me via PM.

Number of Actual Members:
A Copy of Your Rules:
Why you feel this club should be stickied: (This needs to be more than 2 sentences.
(This will remain open for comments and any other rule I need to implement.)
